It doesn't have to say anything at all - this closeness is enough. At this moment, she doesn't want to analyze and unpack her feelings, doesn't want to do anything other than feel them even if she doesn't want to name them. To put words to it would tangle them up to the point of self-consciousness.
There's a lot of information to take in, a lot of things to recontextualize their place here, but she doesn't have to do all that right now. That can be for later, for when it's time to worry and stress and think about the future horrors.
