I never know what people want when they ask questions like that. For some reason, no one seems satisfied when I say 'my functionality is at 87% right now.'

I can think of several reasons for that. For instance, 87% is such an unsatisfactory number! Let's do something fun for your functionality that could tick it up to 88%, if not more!

When I'm hungry, a meal can increase my functionality. Or a recharge cycle, when it's really dipping low.
